Julie Gee brings a broad range of experience to
Successful Résumés - during her career
she has worked as a university researcher, held senior state
government appointments, been employed in small and large
businesses, worked in the non-for-profit community sector,
and as an independent consultant.
In addition to résumés,
Julie's writing and document design experience includes developing strategic
plans for community organisations, analysing data for technical
reports, creating marketing profiles, designing questionnaires,
producing business presentations, writing website copy,
and she has written research papers that have been tabled
in parliament. Julie also has an in-depth knowledge of addressing selection
criteria and the interview process of the public service,
gained through 9 years of working in state government.
Michael
Gee has recently joined his wife Julie in
operating Successful Résumés Northern Beaches.
With 15 years experience in senior management with
listed companies and as an Executive Director with smaller
proprietary firms, Michael has had extensive experience
in recruitment, HR, and contemporary business operations.
In addition Michael has a broad range of qualifications
from being a licensed plumber through to a degree in Business
Management and Accounting.
Michael has now chosen to utilise
his experience and writing abilities to assist Successful
Résumé clients
to sell themselves and secure their next opportunity. Michael
also operates the affiliate firm of “Business Words” providing
writing solutions to small business.
