I have years of experience interviewing at all levels across a variety of industries and I have trained managers and recruitment consultants in behaviour interviewing skills. I know what makes a good interview. I can work with you to prepare for the interview, provide you with practice answering interview questions and give you honest feedback so that you have the best possible chance of getting the job.

A bit about me

I have experience across a diverse range of industries including banking & finance, government, hospitality, recruitment, customer service and the not-for-profit community sector. With over 15 years experience in human resource management including recruitment and selection I know what employers look for in applications and interviews. My experience also includes career coaching, job search skills training, outplacement support and coaching and training managers in all aspects of people management and team building.
