Susan has gained a wealth of experience working as an employment consultant, successfully assisting jobseekers into many different jobs across a wide variety of business sectors. She has worked as a journalist, corporate business development manager, client relations/ marketing consultant, sales representative and executive assistant.

She has played a significant role in various community projects which involved researching and writing successful funding proposals. These projects included establishing, building and directing a regional pre-school; being a founding and active board member of Australia's national employer network on disability, Employers Making a Difference (EMAD) and developing the NSW South Coast's ASE (Access to the Shoalhaven) project which provides a web based local government tourism directory for people with disabilities. She is also an active community member and advocate for people who suffer from alcoholism and addictions.

Susan resides in Berry, NSW South Coast and visits both Wollongong and Sydney weekly and is happy to assist clients who have access to these areas.
